TRREB REAL Heroes Event – Making a Difference Beyond Real Estate


Esa Para Esananda demonstrated his commitment to giving back by turning a personal milestone into a meaningful cause. Inspired by his birthday, he launched a fundraiser in support of the Trillium Health Partners Foundation, successfully raising over $7,000.


The funds contributed to essential cardiac equipment for patients living with heart failure and provided critical resources to help individuals and families navigate chronic illness—leaving a lasting impact on the community.

From supporting South Asian community organizations to becoming a Community Ambassador for the Trillium Health Partners Foundation after surviving a life-threatening heart attack,


Esa has transformed personal adversity into purpose. Through sustained fundraising efforts, partnerships, and advocacy, he has helped raise over $300,000 for local hospitals, directly supporting life-saving cardiac care, cancer treatment, and senior health programs—leaving a lasting impact on the community he proudly calls home.
